(ENGLISH) Javier Gochis is a Mexican freelance journalist based in Downtown Jersey City, New Jersey specialized in cultural affairs who has written for Diario de México USA edition, and El Diario de Nueva York. He is the founder of Letra Capitular and has more than 20 years of experience in Communication, Marketing, Cultural Promotion, and Outreach Management. He worked at the Mexican News Agency (Notimex), the Mexican Radio Institute, (IMER), the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Mexico City, and the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (ESPAÑOL) Periodista mexicano especializado en temas culturales con más de 20 años de trayectoria. Ha desarrollado su profesión en la Agencia Mexicana de Noticias (Notimex), el Instituto Mexicano de la Radio (IMER), la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), la Secretaría de Cultura de la Ciudad de México, el Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (Conaculta) y el Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia (INAH). Actualmente radica en el Centro Histórico de Jersey City, Nueva Jersey y aquí en Estados Unidos ha publicado en los periódicos, el Diario de México Edición USA y EL Diario de Nueva York. Asimismo es miembro activo del Center for Community Media de la Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism de CUNY y fundador de la revista "Letra Capitular", publicación electrónica dedicada a la promoción, gestión y difusión de la cultura y temas de actualidad.
